Responsibilities:

• Manage the overall revenue, cost and profit performance of the company against agreed and realistic targets;
• Work with the sales team to ensure effective sales and marketing plans, activities and results;
• Participate in generating sales and engage with the client companies at a senior level;
• Oversee the company’s human resource planning and human resource growth;
• Participate in all contractual and legal negotiations and discussions;
• Manage the finance department and monitor the company’s financial performance, in terms of profit, cash flow and funding, covering both business activities and capital funding;
• Review the company’s overall business strategy whilst constantly investigating new business opportunities;
• Monitor all expenditure including agreements with suppliers;
• Develop a culture and a work environment where all employees can reach their full potential;
• Identify potential risks and address all operating difficulties;
• Provide monthly updates to the directors and shareholders.

Remuneration:

Negotiable, but will depend on experience and the candidate’s ability to undertake the responsibilities listed above.
