We have access to key professional vetting companies. The process can be tailored to most effectively meet your needs, through an agreed application of the five point plan stated below.

1. Resume Check.
   We check the Resume with the candidate and make sure that the information on it is accurate including Employment, Education, Certifications, Dates etc.
   
2. Reference Check.
   We receive at least two referees from the candidates and check that they are of sound character and have a strong employment record.
   
3. Face to Face Meeting.
   All candidates are met on a one-to-one before being submitted for an interview.This allows you the comfort of knowing that the candidates you meet have been vetted by us and you can consider our meeting as the first interview.
   
4. Complete Record of Candidate.
   We store all information on the candidate, previous interviews,feedback, etc, and these details are available to apppropriate clients.
5. Vetting: Predictive Index tests.
   We have access to the best vetting companies in the world and can do complete background checks including; Predictive Index and Psychometric testing.These can be tailored to suit your requirements and be built in as part of the recruitment process.
